For my final photography project for my latest course with Ffotogallery we were encouraged to look at other famous photographers and use their work to influence our own.
Although imitating another photographer’s work is not something I would normally do (or encourage), in this case as a student I chose to emulate a photographer that I find fascinating: Francesca Woodman.
Her dark and slightly surreal work is intriguingly beautiful and I had so much fun with this project. We were doing up our dining room at the time so had the perfect backdrop for the project.
Here is my work, which I am thrilled to say earned me an A 🙂
